Anthony Fiacchi brings 30 plus years experience as an owner & operator of several local restaurants, including Reggio, Carnegie Cafe and Avicolli’s.

Anthonys son, Alex, born & raised in Syracuse, brings a degree from the The Culinary Institute of America. Alex has worked in Philadelphia with James Beard, and award winning chefs Marc Vetri & Jeff Michaud. Alex met his girlfriend Lauren while working in some of Philadelphia's finest restaurants and farms.

For much of 2016, Alex and Lauren traveled throughout Europe, learning about the food culture as well as working on farms throughout Europe. Alex and Lauren have now moved to Syracuse NY to turn A Mano Kitchen & Bar into a culinary destination in Syracuse’s fast growing food scene.
